We want you to be delighted with your order, but occasionally something may go wrong and you need to return an item.
Only goods received as damaged or faulty can be returned for 100% credit, providing you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt.
Goods wishing to be returned as ‘Ordered in Error’ or ‘No longer Required’ may be returned but could incur a re-stocking fee of 20% and carriage, again please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Due to health and safety reasons, food, drink and ppe items cannot be returned
